My story

Built from real deals, not just textbooks.

I'm an experienced loan officer based in Roseville, with a home in Penryn. Before I helped families finance theirs, I was buying, fixing, and renting properties of my own. That hands‑on background shapes everything about how I work.

I've sat in your seat. I know what it feels like to stare at a Loan Estimate at 11pm wondering what an APR really means, why your monthly payment jumped by $80, or whether you should pay points. I've negotiated with sellers, underwriters, and appraisers, all on my own dime. So when I tell you a rate is good or a structure is fair, it isn't theory. It's how I'd structure it for myself.

The mortgage is just a tool. The goal is the house, the family, the next chapter. My job is to make the financing boring so the rest of it can be exciting.
